Find the hours your week keeps losing

We come to your business and sit with the people who do the work. Then we put it in writing: which tasks to hand to AI first, which to leave alone, and what each one would take.

At your office, with a written plan you keep

What it is

In plain English

A lot of owners already believe AI could help. What they don’t know is where to start, and nobody wants to pay for a build that fixes the wrong problem.

The audit sorts that out. We come to your place and spend a couple of hours with the people who do the work. We watch how a phone call turns into a quote, how a finished job turns into an invoice, and where things pile up: the voicemails that stack up while you’re on a roof, the quote that waits three days because only one person knows the prices, the invoice that goes out a month after the job.

Then we write it down. You get a short plan in plain English that lists each task, how much time it eats, what AI could do with it, what it would cost and how long it would take. The easy, low-risk wins go first.

What we won’t do. We won’t tell you to replace software that’s working. We won’t push AI into places it doesn’t belong, like setting a bid price or sending a customer something nobody checked. And if the best answer is “you don’t need us for this, here’s the setting to turn on,” we’ll tell you that too.

Not sure you’re ready for an audit? Take the AI readiness quiz first. It takes a couple of minutes and gives you three good first projects to ask us about.

What’s included

What you get

Done at your office with the people who do the work, and handed to you as a written plan you keep.

  • An on-site working session at your office, shop or job trailer, with you and the people who do the work
  • A walk through your real week: calls, email, quotes, invoices, scheduling and the paperwork nobody likes
  • A look at the tools you already pay for (Google or Microsoft, QuickBooks, your phone system) and what they can already do
  • A written plan that ranks each task by hours saved, with a rough cost and timeline for each one
  • Straight answers on what AI should not touch in your business, and why
  • Quick fixes you can make yourself, often a setting in a tool you already pay for
  • The audit fee credited toward any build you do with us

How it works

One example, step by step

How a typical audit runs. Nothing is signed up or changed along the way: you get a plan and decide what happens next.

Example workflow

AI Workflow Audit, start to finish

  1. Step 1

    Visit

We come to you and sit with the people who answer the phone, write the quotes and chase the invoices.

  2. Step 2

    Map

We list every task that repeats: who does it, how often, and how long it really takes.

  3. Step 3

    Rank

Each task is weighed on hours saved, risk and cost, so the easy, safe wins rise to the top.

  4. Step 4

    Plan

We write it up in plain English and go over it with you, in person or by phone, until every question is answered.

  5. Result

    Decide

Build it with us, do it yourself, or put it on the shelf. The plan is yours either way.

More questions and answers
Do I have to buy a build after the audit?

No. The plan is yours to keep. You can build with us, do the first step yourself, or put it on the shelf for later. If you do build with us, the audit fee comes off the price.

What should I have ready for the visit?

Nothing fancy. If you can, have the person who answers the phone and the person who does the billing nearby, and be ready to show us your inbox, a recent quote and how invoices go out. We take the notes.

Is this the same as the free intro visit?

No. The free visit is a short conversation where we point out two or three likely wins. The audit goes deeper: we watch the real work, look at your tools and accounts, and write a plan with costs and timelines you can act on.
