Real work

Systems we run every day

Before we set up AI for anyone else, we built it for our own construction company. These are the seven systems that do the first pass on our bids, pricing, books, paperwork and marketing, shown here with sample data.

All of it runs at The Dom Construction Group, Dom Rzaca’s contracting company in Albany: www.TheDomConstruction.com

Our own company

Built for a contractor, by a contractor

Dom Rzaca has spent about 19 years in construction. He owns The Dom Construction Group, which does masonry, EIFS and stucco, coatings, concrete and restoration work around the Capital Region.

The office side of that business is bids, drawings, supplier quotes, insurance forms and books, the same pile most owners fight with at night. So we built AI systems for it, used them on real jobs and kept fixing them until they earned their place. That’s the work we now set up for other businesses.

  • Real systems

Each one is in use at our own construction company. Nothing here is a concept or a pitch.

  • Sample data

Every screen uses made-up names, jobs and amounts. Our customers’ details and our real numbers stay private.

  • Results in words

We tell you what changed, plainly. No invented percentages and no “hours saved” we can’t back up.

Your business next

We can build this for you

You don’t need our exact setup. We build the version that fits how your business already runs, and we do it in person.

  • Start with one task

Every system here began as one job that ate our evenings. Yours can start the same way.

  • Built on your accounts

We set it up in your name, on your tools. You own every account, file and login.

  • A person checks first

The AI does the first pass. You approve anything that goes to a customer, a GC or the bank.
