Remote help anywhere in New York
Buffalo, the Hudson Valley, the North Country: if you’re in New York, we can still help. The work is the same. We just do it on a video call instead of at your front desk.
-
Start with a call
The free intro visit or call works just as well by phone. 30 minutes, $0, and you’ll know what’s worth doing first.
-
Built on your accounts, from here
We set things up by screen share, on accounts in your business’s name. Same rules as in person: you own every account and file.
-
Support by phone and text
Questions and fixes go to a real person who knows your setup. On the Monthly Care Plan (from $350/mo) they’re included.
When we can, we still like to do the first visit and the training in person. It’s the fastest way to see where the hours go.
