Albany AI Pros was started by Dom Rzaca, who runs his own Albany construction company on the same kind of AI systems we now set up for other businesses. We come to your business, set things up on your tools and stay a phone call away.
Dom’s story
From the job site to the back office
Dom has spent about 19 years in construction: masonry, EIFS and stucco, coatings, concrete and restoration. He also holds a master's degree in civil engineering from Poland. Today he owns and runs The Dom Construction Group, an Albany contractor (www.TheDomConstruction.com).
The office side of a construction company is a lot of repeat work: measuring drawings, hunting for bids, asking suppliers for prices, writing proposals, keeping the books and filling out the same insurance and vendor forms again and again. So Dom started building AI systems to take that work on, one task at a time, and tested them on real bids and real books.
Those systems run every day at his company now, for estimating, bid finding, bookkeeping, proposals and paperwork. He also manages rental properties, so the landlord side, with tenant calls, maintenance requests and owner statements, isn’t theory either.
Albany AI Pros is the result: the same practical, owner-first way of doing things, brought to other Capital Region businesses. In person, on your tools, explained in plain English.

- Bid Radar Every weekday morning it reads our inbox and New York's public bid sites, scores each opportunity for fit and sends one ranked report.
- Supplier & sub pricing requests A personal pricing-request email for every supplier and sub on the list, drafted in one go, sent one at a time, with replies and follow-ups tracked.
- Books from bank statements A year of bank statements and platform reports turned into an accountant-ready workbook with a P&L, balance sheet, ledger and reconciliations.
- Owner's live dashboard One page that updates itself: open bids, active jobs, who is waiting on a call back and what needs doing today.
