About these terms
This website, albanyaipros.com, is run by Albany AI Pros (“we” or “us”), based in Albany, NY. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it. How we handle what you send us through the forms is explained in our privacy policy.
Demos and sample data
The demos, mockups, case-study screens and calculators on this site use made-up sample data. The businesses, people, jobs, emails, invoices, bids and dollar amounts in them are invented, and any resemblance to a real one is a coincidence. As every demo says: “Live demo with sample data. We build the real version on your own accounts.”
They’re illustrations of the kind of thing we build, not quotes, estimates or promises. A sample line item in the photo-to-estimate demo is not a price for your wall, and the savings calculator gives a rough estimate based on the numbers you type in, not a forecast for your business.
Prices
The prices on our pricing page are starting prices: AI Workflow Audit from $500, AI Setup & Team Training from $1,500, Automation Build from $3,500 and Monthly Care Plan from $350/mo. The final price for your project depends on what you need, and you get it in writing after the audit, before any work starts. Software you sign up for (like an AI subscription) is billed to you directly by that company at their price. We may change our listed prices at any time; a price we’ve already given you in writing doesn’t change because the website did.
No guaranteed results
We work hard to set up systems that save you time, and we test them on your real work before you rely on them. But every business is different, and AI tools can make mistakes. We don’t promise any particular number of hours saved, calls booked, bids won or dollars earned. Anything on this site about results describes what’s possible, not what will happen for you.
Paid work and agreements
Visiting this site or sending a form doesn’t create a contract or a client relationship. When you hire us for an audit, setup, build or care plan, we put the scope, price, timeline and responsibilities in a separate written agreement or signed proposal. If that agreement and these website terms ever disagree, the written agreement wins.
How we handle your data during a project is explained in our AI and data policy.
Articles and general info
Our articles, FAQs and guides are general information to help you think things through. They aren’t legal, tax, accounting, medical or financial advice for your situation. For that, talk to your attorney, accountant or other licensed professional. We’re glad to work alongside them.
Other companies’ tools
We mention tools from other companies, like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Google Workspace and QuickBooks, because we work with them. Their names belong to their owners. We’re independent: mentioning a tool doesn’t mean we’re partnered with, certified by or paid by that company. When you use those tools, their own terms and pricing apply.
Links to other websites are there for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for what’s on them.
Using this site
Please use the site the way it’s meant to be used. Don’t send spam or harmful code through the forms, don’t try to break into or overload the site, and don’t copy large parts of it for your own site or product. Please don’t put passwords, card numbers or patient information in a form.
Our content
The text, design, demos and images on this site belong to Albany AI Pros unless we say otherwise. You’re welcome to share links and quote short parts with credit. For anything more, just ask.
Limits of liability
We try to keep everything on this site accurate and working, but we provide it “as is,” without promises that it’s complete, current or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, that come from using this website or relying on what it says.
Our responsibilities for paid work are set out in that project’s written agreement. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that New York law doesn’t allow us to limit.
New York law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. If a dispute about this website can’t be worked out with a phone call, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Albany County, New York.
