Who we are
Albany AI Pros (“we” or “us”) is a local AI setup and automation business with an office at 401 New Karner Road, 3rd Floor, Unit 301, Albany, NY 12205. This policy covers this website, albanyaipros.com. The work we do inside your business is covered by our AI and data policy and by the written agreement for your project.
What the forms collect
The site has three forms. Each one collects only what’s listed here, plus a hidden spam trap that real people never see.
- Contact form (named “contact”, on the contact page): your name, business name, phone, email, type of business, what you’d like to automate, your message, how you’d like us to reach you (call, text or email) and the best time to reach you. Only your name and phone are required.
- Quick callback (named “quick-callback”, at the bottom of many pages): your name and phone number, plus which page you sent it from.
- Email me my results (named “quiz-lead”, on the AI readiness quiz): only sent if you ask us to email your results. It holds your email address, your name and phone if you add them, and your quiz answers, score and suggested first projects.
Taking the quiz itself sends nothing. Your answers stay in your browser unless you fill in that last form.
Please don’t put passwords, card numbers, Social Security numbers or patient information in a form. We never need them to call you back.
Calls, texts and site logs
If you call or text us, we see your phone number and whatever you tell us, the same as any business phone. If you ask us to stop texting you, we stop.
Like any web host, Netlify keeps basic technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you asked for, to run the site and protect it from abuse. Netlify also screens form submissions for spam.
How we use it
We use what you send for one thing: getting back to you about your request. That means calling, texting or emailing you the way you asked, getting ready for a visit, and keeping a simple record of who we’ve talked to and what about. We don’t sign you up for newsletters or marketing lists.
Where it’s kept
Our website host, Netlify, receives each form submission, stores it in our Netlify account and sends us a notification so we can follow up. You can read Netlify’s privacy policy on their site. We may also save your name and number in our business phone, email or customer list so we can keep in touch about your project. Only the people at Albany AI Pros who need your details to help you can see them.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your information.
- We never share it with anyone for advertising.
- We never paste your details into free consumer AI apps.
- We only share it with the services that run our business (like Netlify and our phone and email providers), when the law requires it, or when you ask us to, for example to loop in your accountant.
Cookies and tracking
Right now this site doesn’t use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Every page, font and image loads from our own host, and the site doesn’t load scripts from other companies.
The demos run on made-up sample data, right in your browser. They don’t send what you click or type to us or to any AI service. Only the forms above send anything.
If we add analytics later, we’ll update this page and the date at the top before we do.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions as long as they help us follow up with you or keep our business records straight, and we delete them when they don’t. If you want yours deleted sooner, just ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text us, or write to us at the address below, and we’ll take care of it. We may need to confirm it’s really you first, for example by calling the number you gave us.
Security
Forms are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the people who follow up with you can open the submissions in our Netlify account. No website is perfectly secure, which is one more reason to keep private details out of form messages.
This site is meant for businesses. It isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes and New York law
If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the effective date at the top. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York. See our website terms for the rest of the rules for using this site.
