Local guide
Our office is in your town
We work out of an office on New Karner Road, in the Town of Colonie. The road runs along the edge of Karner, a hamlet of Colonie that gave the Karner blue butterfly its name (Wikipedia). Colonie is the most-populous suburb of Albany, with more than 85,000 people at the 2020 census (Wikipedia).
Being local here means something simple. We’re not an out-of-state agency with a page about your town. When something needs a look, the person who set up your system is a short drive away. Most of the time, we come to you.
Three corridors, three kinds of work
Colonie isn’t one downtown. It’s a few busy roads, and each one has its own kind of headache.
Wolf Road is what Discover Albany calls Albany’s busiest commercial corridor: hotels, places to eat and shopping, around the corner from Albany International Airport. Travelers call and book at all hours, so missed calls and slow replies cost real money. An AI receptionist and a website chat assistant cover the hours your desk can’t.
Central Avenue is a long run of shops, restaurants and service businesses. The work is walk-ins, phone calls and the same questions over and over. AI answers those, sends status texts and asks happy customers for a Google review.
Latham has office parks, like the ones on British American Boulevard and Century Hill Drive, with a lot of professional offices in them. For a law, accounting or insurance office, the pain is email and deadlines. We set up inbox automation and first drafts carefully, confidentiality first. Our law, accounting and insurance page explains how.
Close enough to stop by
Most AI help comes through a screen. Ours comes through the door. Because we’re in town, we can sit next to the person who does the work instead of guessing from a video call, come back after a few weeks to see how the team is really using it, and stop in when you hire someone new. After setup, the monthly care plan keeps it running: support by phone and text, fixes, tweaks, and a check-in visit every quarter.
Start with one task
Don’t try to fix everything at once. Pick the one job that eats the most hours, like the inbox, the phones, quotes or paperwork, and get that one working first. We wrote about how to do that in your first AI project. When you’re ready, book a free intro visit, or see the demos first.

Three things we’d set up here
Typical first projects for Colonie businesses. Each one is shaped around how you already work, and nothing goes out without your OK.
-
Group and catering requests on Wolf Road
Hotels and restaurants near the airport get group-block, meeting-room and catering requests by phone, email and web form, often after hours. AI answers each one with your options and open dates, collects the headcount, date and budget, and leaves a ready-to-send quote for your sales or catering lead to check in the morning.
The service behind it
Document Automation -
Renewal and tax season at a Latham office
At an insurance agency or an accounting firm, the inbox fills with renewal questions, scanned documents and did-you-get-my-W-2 emails. AI sorts the inbox, files attachments to the right client folder, drafts the routine replies for your staff to send, and flags anything urgent. It runs on your own business accounts, set up confidentiality-first, and we turn on the settings that keep your data out of model training wherever the vendor offers them.

Email & Inbox Automation -
'Is my car ready?' calls on Central Avenue
A repair shop's phone rings all afternoon with customers asking for an update. When the tech marks a job done in your shop software or a shared sheet, AI texts the customer that the car is ready, answers hours and drop-off questions, and books the next appointment. The service writer gets the afternoon back.

More questions and answersDo you come to Colonie?
We're already here. Our office is in the Town of Colonie, so most of town is about 5 to 20 minutes away: Wolf Road is about 10 minutes, Latham about 15. We'll come to your office, or you can meet us at ours by appointment.
Can we meet at your office instead?
Yes, by appointment. It's a good way to see the systems we run for our own construction company on a big screen before you decide anything. Call or text us to set a time.
We're in Latham. Is that Colonie?
Yes. Latham, Loudonville and Newtonville are hamlets in the Town of Colonie, and the villages of Colonie and Menands are inside the town too. We come to all of them, and to neighboring Albany, Cohoes, Watervliet and Guilderland.
What if something breaks after it's set up?
Being close helps. Most fixes happen over the phone or by screen share. When it needs someone in the room, like retraining a new hire or checking the setup at your front desk, we're a short drive away. The monthly care plan covers fixes, tweaks and small new automations.
