We won't write fake reviews, pay for reviews, offer discounts for them or only ask the customers we think are happy. Google's rules forbid all of that, and breaking them can get reviews removed.
No. Every reply is a draft until you approve it. You can post it, edit it or skip it. Bad reviews get a calm, short draft and a heads-up to you, so nobody replies in the heat of the moment.
It can be, if a reply confirms that someone is a patient or mentions their care. Our drafts for medical and dental offices never do. They thank the person and invite them to call the office directly.
