Stay on the floor. Let AI get the phone.

You can't stop the line to tell a caller what time you close on Sunday. AI can. We set it up to answer calls and common questions, draft review replies and posts, and keep orders and schedules moving while you work.

Where the hours go

The top 5 time-wasters

The jobs that eat the most hours in a normal week. Each one is something we can set AI up to handle, with a person still in charge.

  1. The phone during the rush

Are you open Sunday? Can I get a table for eight? Do you have it in stock? The phone rings at the worst time, and a missed call can mean a missed table or sale.

  2. Reviews waiting for a reply

Good reviews deserve a thank-you and tough ones need a careful answer. Both sit for weeks because nobody has a quiet half hour.

  3. Posting when you're too busy to post

Specials, new arrivals, holiday hours, a snow-day closing. The post you meant to put up at noon goes up at closing, or not at all.

  4. Ordering on scraps of paper

Counting stock, guessing what to order, and digging through supplier invoices to see what the price went up to this time.

  5. Schedules and shift swaps

Building next week's schedule around time-off requests, then a stream of texts from people who want to swap Saturday.

What we automate

What we set up for you

Built on the accounts you already have. You approve anything that goes out, and you own every account and file.

  • Phone and FAQ answering

Calls and texts about hours, the menu, parking, reservations and pickup are answered from your info. Catering requests and large parties are written up with the details and sent to you.

    AI Receptionist
  • Review replies in your voice

New Google reviews get a drafted reply that sounds like you: thank-yous for the good ones, careful answers for the tough ones. You approve before anything posts.

    Google Business Profile & Reviews
  • Posts drafted from a quick voice note

Tell it the special or the new stock in a few words. It drafts posts for Google, Facebook and Instagram, and a snow-day or holiday-hours update goes everywhere you choose after your OK.

    Google Business Profile & Reviews
  • Ordering from your real numbers

Supplier invoices are read and logged, price changes are flagged, and a draft order is built from your par levels and your sales report. You adjust it and place it.

    Bookkeeping & Invoicing Automation
  • Staff schedules and swaps

A draft schedule built from availability and time-off requests, with shift-swap texts handled by the rules you set. The manager still signs off.

How we help

How it fits your week

Restaurants and shops don’t get an office day. The admin work happens between deliveries, in the slow hour after lunch, or at the counter after close. That’s when the review replies, the social posts, the supplier invoices and next week’s schedule get done, if they get done at all.

AI can carry a lot of that between customers. It answers the phone with your real hours and menu. It drafts review replies in your voice. It turns a quick voice note about tonight’s special into a post. It reads supplier invoices and tells you when a price went up. It drafts the schedule from who’s available.

Your OK, every time. Nothing posts, gets ordered or changes on the schedule until you say so. An upset guest gets a person, not a script. A big catering order or an allergy question comes to you with the details instead of a guessed answer.

It fits how the Capital Region eats and shops. Summer in Saratoga is a different business than February in Troy. Snow days, track season, graduation weekends and holiday hours all mean changing your hours in a lot of places at once. We set it up so one change goes out everywhere you approve: your Google profile, your social pages and the answer the phone gives.

We’ll come by before opening or after close, set it up on the phone, the Google profile and the accounts you already have, and show your team how it works right at the counter. We do the same profile and post work for Dom’s construction company; the website and local marketing story shows how. For most places the phone is the first fix. If it isn’t worth it for a place your size, we’ll say so. Call or text us to pick a time that isn’t the lunch rush.

A day with AI

A normal day, once it’s running

A sample day. Your times and tasks will be different, but the idea holds: the routine work keeps moving while your people handle the rest.

Day planner

A sample Tuesday

Sample day
  1. Coffee before prep. Last night's reviews have drafted replies waiting. You approve them from your phone.

  2. A supplier invoice comes in. It's logged, and you can see the produce price went up since last week.

  3. Lunch rush. Calls about parking, Sunday hours and pickup times are answered without anyone leaving the line. An allergy question gets a callback from your staff instead of a guess.

  4. The slow hour. You record a quick voice note about tonight's special or the new stock up front, and posts for Google and Instagram are drafted for your OK.

  5. Two servers want to swap Saturday. The swap follows your rules and lands on the schedule for the manager to approve.

  6. Closing. A catering request from tonight's calls is waiting with the date, head count and callback number, ready for you in the morning.

Ordered three large pies for my son's team after Saturday's game. Ready early, still hot when we got to the field, and the guy at the counter threw in plates and napkins without us asking. The garlic knots are dangerous. We'll be back.

Last week

Sample review

Crust was great and the sauce is the real deal. But our pickup was quoted at 25 minutes, took almost an hour, and nobody said a word about it running late. Would give it another shot on a weeknight.

Delivery came an hour late and the pizza was cold. I called the store and the guy who answered said there was nothing he could do. Not ordering again.

More questions and answers
Will the review replies sound fake?

No, they'll sound like you. We load in your tone, some of your past replies and your do's and don'ts. Every reply waits for your OK, and you can edit any of them before it posts.

Can it take orders or reservations?

It can answer questions and take requests, and where your ordering or reservation system allows it, send people to the right link or book them in. We check what your system supports when we come by, and we set it up so it never promises something the kitchen can't do.

What if a caller asks about allergies?

It doesn't guess. Allergy questions go to a person on your staff, with the caller's name, number and question, so someone who knows the kitchen calls back. We set it up that way on purpose, because the menu alone can't answer for cross-contact or a recipe change.
