The bids that fit you, every morning
We set up a bid radar that checks New York public bid sites, county and city bid pages and the GC invites in your email every morning. It scores each one for fit, sends you a short ranked report and keeps a log, so good bids stop slipping past and nobody reads the same notice twice.

What it is
In plain English
Bids come from everywhere. A GC invite in your email. A county posts a parking garage repair on its purchasing page. A school district puts out a roof job on a site you check once a month, if you remember. By the time you find it, the mandatory pre-bid was last Tuesday.
This is the same Bid Radar Dom runs at his own company every weekday. See the real system. Before he’s out the door, it has checked the inbox and the New York public bid pages, scored each opportunity for fit and sent a short ranked report. The log keeps every bid it has reported and what he decided, so the same job doesn’t show up twice and a pass stays a pass.
It isn’t a bid service you rent. We set it up on your own accounts with your trades, your area and the kinds of jobs you actually want, and you own it. When you decide to go after one, it can read the bid documents, hand the scope to your estimating setup and line up pricing requests to suppliers and subs. Public bids also come with a stack of forms, and that’s what compliance paperwork is for.

More questions and answersWhich bid sites can it check?
Most New York public bid pages that anyone can open in a browser: state contract listings, county and city purchasing pages, school districts and public authorities. Some sites need a login or a paid plan. If you already have that account, we can usually work with it. If a site's rules don't allow automated checks, we use its email alerts instead and the radar reads those.
Does it decide what we bid?
No. It sorts and explains. You make the call. The score tells you why a bid looks like a fit, like your trade, inside your area and a due date you can make, or why it doesn't, like a bond that's too big or work outside your trades. As you mark bids as chased or passed, we tune the scoring to match how you actually choose. It only reads. It never replies to a GC, registers for anything or submits a bid on its own.
Can it help once we decide to go after a bid?
Yes. Ask for a deep dive and it reads the full bid documents, then pulls out the scope for your trade, the key dates, the bonding, insurance and prevailing wage requirements and the questions worth sending as RFIs. From there it can hand off to your estimating and pricing-request setups if you have them.
